Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FaceShift iOS mobile application (the "Service") operated by FaceShift iOS ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the App

By using the App, you agree to not use it to create misleading, deceptive, or malicious content (often referred to as "deepfakes") aimed at harassing, defrauding, or violating the privacy of others. The tool is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Intellectual Property

You must own the rights to the photos you use within the application. We claim no ownership over the photos you process using the App. The original code, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-provided photos and open-source libraries like OpenCV) are owned by FaceShift iOS.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the image processing outputs. Because the app runs locally on varying hardware devices, processing times and results may vary.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FaceShift iOS, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application or the resulting images generated by the application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via the App or our website.
